Internation Home Furnishings Center

Main Lobby Remodel - 2006

In 2006, I was contracted to build and install desks, trim out escalators and elevators, and build and install light clouds at the Internation Home Furnishing Center in High Point, NC. Panels of mahogany combined with reveals of stainless steel were used in the construction of the desks.

2005

Home Remodel, Brown Summit, NC - 2005

The homeowners decided to build up on their existing home to gain more space, but that's a whole different story. The transformation included a vaulted living room, a wrap around porch, a new office space above the kitchen and a new master bed and bathroom above the existing bed rooms. Another challenge that we faced during this remodel was the presence of Hurricane Ophelia which posed the risk of water damage to the existing sheet rock. We were able to succesfully tarp off the entire roof and subfloor of the new story and suffered no water damage to the structure. Contracted by Tom Jones of Thomas Carpentry & Construction
